Episode 1Vānaraḥ · The Monkey
A mischievous monkey barges in at dawn - snatching papad, butter, caps and shirts, then hooting from the rooftop. Little Varsha races for a stick to shoo the fearless troublemaker away.

Episode 2Pipīlikā · The Ant
A tiny ant swings on an elephant's tail, sleeps in his ear and strolls down his trunk - then proudly announces, "The elephant is my brother!" A playful song about friendship across every size.

Episode 3Nṛtyam · Dance
The children gather to dance in a joyful circle - miming elephants and rabbits, hopping on one foot and ringing their bell-sticks. A lesson that dance is play, exercise and coordination all at once.

Episode 4Ḍamaruḥ · The Drum
A percussion parade of the damaru, tabla, mridanga, flute and veena, each singing its own sound. It ends with Shiva's drum - the very beat from which the whole Samskrita alphabet was born.

Episode 5Khagaḥ · The Bird
Storm clouds gather and the birds fly home to their nests. As the season's first rain washes the world clean, a chant links the clear sky, the calm mind and the blooming lotus.

A plump golden fish darts carefree through the water - yet turns helpless the moment it is out of it. A shimmering song about the fish, and why every precious drop of water matters.

Episode 7Meghaḥ · The Cloud
A determined little boy begs the cloud, the stream and even a mighty waterfall to fill his tiny pot. A galloping rain-chant bursting with sounds - sar-sar, kara-kara, pata-pata!

Episode 8Puṣpam · The Flower
After the rain, the pāṭala flower blooms brighter than ever. Petal by petal, this playful all-"pa" song teaches the flower's parts - pollen, petals, leaves and the sunlight that feeds them.

Episode 9Mārjāraḥ · The Cat
The sun returns and the cat gives itself a tongue-bath, then arches into a long, luxurious stretch. From that graceful curve comes mārjārāsana - the yoga cat pose children can try too.

Episode 10Sikatā · Sand
The children dive into the wet sand - rolling like sparrows in a dust-bath, burying each other up to the neck and driving brick "buses." A giggly, sound-filled romp with a very sandy ending!

A gentle song for the humble earthworm - the sage's little friend who quietly turns waste into rich food for the garden. A warm ode to nature's smallest, most tireless helper.
